These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) describe the rules for using the Site and booking sessions, classes, memberships, and retreats from The Wild Palm Ranch & Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our offerings, book sessions, and contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law

• Interfere with the operation of the Site or the experience of other visitors
• Submit false information through any form

Bookings, Sessions & Payments

When you book a session, class, membership, or retreat through the Site, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate information and authorize payment for the amount shown at the time of booking, processed through our third-party scheduling and payment provider.
• Memberships renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time.
• Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are subject to our current policy, which is provided at the time of booking. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel — some sessions and retreats may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation window.
• Spaces in classes and retreats are limited and are reserved on a first-come basis once payment is received.

Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Our sessions take place outdoors, in nature, and in the presence of horses. Being around horses and taking part in physical and equine-assisted activities involves inherent risks. By booking and participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

You are responsible for participating within your own physical abilities and for following all instructions and safety guidance from our team. You should not take part in any activity you are not physically able to do safely. We may ask you to complete and sign a separate liability waiver and health acknowledgment before participating; once signed, that waiver applies in addition to these Terms.

Wellness Disclaimer

Our sessions, classes, coaching, and equine-assisted experiences are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and general wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Nothing offered through our sessions or this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have any physical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Photography & Media

We sometimes photograph or film our sessions and events for our website and social media. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know before your session and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, photography, graphics, design, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to The Wild Palm Ranch & Wellness and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wild Palm Ranch & Wellness and its owners, staff, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our activities, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a session or service is limited to the amount you paid for that session or service.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Wild Palm Ranch & Wellness from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your participation in our activities, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
